Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP as well as hapless dad Henry. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung where I document my life - the highs, the lows and all in between. I came to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At one and a half years older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story to you, if not for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. My parents were my inspiration and I worked to be prosperous. I believed my future would unfold a certain way: graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then get married and start a family. My life that I imagined for myself wasn't what it turned out. The year 2013 was the year I began looking forward to going back to work. job the money and status did not bring me joyIt was as if I had wasted my life away to earn a living when I knew I was destined for something more. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was working out. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to assist other people. As I moved towards the new direction of my life, I discovered personal training. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success in 2021. It's not common to see an Asian woman in this business. To be a leader in my field, and to provide high-quality coaching and help others live better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and help them achieve their targets. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals and achieve anything they want to achieve. As my career started to grow, I was struck by one of the greatest losses in my life: my mother's death. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting at Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind and in my heart. It is amazing how life can give us the exact instruction we require, even when we do not realize that it is there. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with the opportunity to begin an entirely new chapter. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is an experience of aliveness and awareness. It's as if that I'm living my life, instead of just being. In sharing the tale of my life, it is in the hope that others will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not the only ones. And that there is real love. Therapy is a necessity and it isn't uncommon. In the end, your the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. My hope is that you live life to its best and have no regrets in the end of your life. We are the only certainty in our lives.
